Those daily habits and routines are our small steps towards our dream life.
I know how hard it is to make a move when you imagine your dream and you feel you are far away from it and don’t know what to start with. Sometimes it does not need to be a step related to your dream directly, but anything that would make you feel better, something that would improve your energy, bring you advantage, make you happy. As when you improve your energy, your personal power, you naturally start to attract what you want and dream of.
I have started to change my daily habits for the last few years, it was just a natural process, whenever I felt I needed a change. I just followed my intuition. Today, from the perspective of few years, by doing it step by step, I can say, it was completely effortless. I wasn’t pushing myself that I have to do this or that. I wasn’t also always very regular, sometimes was losing my pace and that was ok to. I needed to see and feel what do I need at the very moment and also how do I feel when I stop.
For all these years I have built a completely new lifestyle for myself and would love to share it with you, just to encourage you to keep pursuing your dreams and to take care of yourself.

I haven’t found any, although it requires discipline and dedication. But aren’t your dreams worth it? And trust me, when you start, you won’t go back to what didn’t serve you. It is just impossible and you won’t regret it 🙂
